my car insurance went up nearly $100, for no apparent reason. I called my insurer, who told me that the Minnesota state insurance commissioner (who?) decided to
increase the rates of automobile insurance. am I watching the wrong news programs or am I being fleeced? I had no idea this was happening. I can't find any info on any of the state government-related sites, either. grrr. I found an older but fairly good insurance Q&A article here, and the Insurance Information Institute offers pointers and advice.
